Partner with hiring managers end-to-end to recruit highly technical teams (Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, Platform). Define success profiles, run structured interviews, diagnose funnel friction using data, and build scalable hiring frameworks and AI-enabled automations to improve hiring quality.

Design, operate, and optimize NoSQL and relational database services on AWS (primarily DynamoDB). Build automation, observability, backups/DR, and performance tuning. Collaborate on data access patterns, migrations, incident response, and participate in on-call rotations.

Design, develop, and optimize high-performance Java systems for payment routing, fraud decisioning, and anomaly detection. Lead architecture, run performance testing, troubleshoot bottlenecks, review code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale reliable payment-platform services.
