Responsibilities include developing codebooks and data management plans, identifying discrepancies, performing duplicate and comparison procedures, generating reports, interpreting results, disseminating data, and collaborating with analysts, federal partners, jurisdictions, and community-based organizations.

Develops SAS and R programs to validate, clean, analyze, and document public health surveillance and research datasets. Responsibilities include data quality checks, discrepancy identification, codebook and data management plan creation, duplicate and results comparison procedures, geospatial and molecular HIV analysis, reporting, and data dissemination. Collaborates with analysts and federal partners supporting CDC HIV prevention programs and funded jurisdictions.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I courseware aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configuration changes into lesson plans, labs, and training materials using ISD methodology and Navy authoring tools. Support pilot courses, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure technical accuracy reflecting real-world system administration.

Maintain and develop Microsoft Power Apps tools for ILS functions; perform provisioning and part research; identify obsolete parts and excess inventory; support ship baseline data calls; develop logistics plans, sustainment documentation, and training materials to ensure operational readiness.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I curriculum aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configurations into courseware, lesson plans, labs, and training materials. Use Navy authoring tools, apply Instructional System Design, support pilot courses, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure materials reflect real-world system administration and shipboard network practices.

Develop and maintain systems software and hardware specifications, requirements, integration practices, engineering change proposals, and technical documentation for a USMC SIGINT/EW fusion system. Participate in systems engineering reviews, link requirements to test cases, conduct software and integration testing, write test plans and reports, and support project scheduling. The role requires extensive C4ISR systems engineering experience, USMC intelligence-platform expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Integrates and maintains USMC TCAC SIGINT/EW systems in laboratory environments. Scans Windows hosts and Linux virtual machines for vulnerabilities and missing STIGs, applies patches and configuration changes using PowerShell and Bash, resolves software installation issues, maintains network servers, and creates software baselines and system builds. The role requires extensive SIGINT or DCGS experience, systems integration expertise, Security+ CE certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Lead technical design and oversight of data management and SAS programming for clinical and epidemiologic studies. Establish database architecture, automated workflows, data quality/QC, integration from multiple sources, and deliver study datasets. Mentor staff, set standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with investigators, statisticians, and operations across the research lifecycle.
