The CM/ILS Analyst supports Navy C4ISR systems by managing life cycle logistics, analyzing technical data, and developing logistics plans and training materials to ensure operational readiness.

The CM/ILS Analyst IV will manage logistics for Navy C4ISR systems, oversee lifecycle management, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness through effective planning and documentation.

Lead and manage a portfolio of AI projects and programs: define AI operating models, integrate AI with IT and governance, engage stakeholders, document processes, maintain project portfolios, manage agile teams, and track risks, schedules, and deliverables. Support communications, sprint planning, and technical/programmatic documentation to ensure successful delivery of high-visibility AI initiatives.

Develop and run SAS programs to validate and clean surveillance and research data, create codebooks and data plans, perform geospatial and molecular HIV analyses in R, collaborate on novel code and reporting, and support dissemination to federal and external partners while ensuring data quality and documentation.

Develop and validate surveillance, clinical, and research datasets using SAS and R. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, create codebooks and data management plans, perform geospatial and molecular HIV analyses, collaborate on code development, and support dissemination and reporting to federal and external partners.

Support life-cycle logistics and configuration management for C4ISR systems including provisioning, sparing forecasts, provisioning research, obsolescence identification, CDRL reviews, baseline data calls, and building RIPs in CMPRO to ensure sustainment and operational readiness.

Develop and maintain MACCS-related training curricula and materials; deliver NET, Delta, on-site, and over-the-shoulder training; perform post-event reporting. Support MACCS system maintenance/configuration, network administration, sensor integration, tactical data link setup (Link 16, JREAP), radio/antenna configuration, Cisco hardware/IOS, and virtualized OS environments.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I curriculum aligned to fleet baselines. Translate system updates and configurations into courseware, lesson plans, labs, and training materials. Use Navy authoring tools, apply Instructional System Design, support pilot courses, evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure materials reflect real-world system administration and shipboard network practices.

Provide senior systems administration and PITCO coordination for Navy C4I modernization (CANES/TACNET). Ensure secure, compliant configurations, manage installations, patching, troubleshooting, documentation, schedules, SOPs, and technical risk mitigation to deliver operationally ready systems.

Provide tier 2/3 on-site IT support for Windows and macOS in an enterprise/research environment, troubleshoot hardware/software and scientific peripherals, manage backups and desktop images, support virtualization platforms, use ServiceNow for ticketing, evaluate hardware/software solutions, and train staff. Must obtain Public Trust clearance.

Administer, test, and implement DoD/Navy databases to support Navy Modernization Process, track and report Ship Change Documents, ensure baseline/configuration accuracy, manage data for acquisition milestones, and implement database security.

Develop and maintain CANES/C4I curriculum aligned to fleet baselines: review system updates, build lesson plans, labs, and student materials using Navy authoring tools, apply ISD, deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, evaluate training effectiveness, and coordinate with engineering and program teams.
