Responsibilities
- Assist the PBL-O Logistics team with the processing of general requisitions and CASREPS
- Assist the PBL-O Logistics team with the processing of incoming material receipts, both physically and digitally using database software
- The ideal candidate will be well versed in CMPRO database, in support of a project inventory control and record maintenance.
- The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of NIWC logistics processes to include inductions, receipts, shipping, DRMO and inventory management processes and procedures.
- Lifting of equipment is necessary and can include team lifts of up to 150 or more pounds.
- Assist PBL-O Logistics lead with day-to-day PBL-O logistics tasks.
- The candidate will have proficient knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Responsible for packaging/crating/preparing material for shipment(s)
- The candidate must have an understanding of the concepts of cross-referencing part numbers to stock numbers for the purpose of verifying incoming and outgoing material
- Assist the PBL-O Logistics Lead with the processing of general requisitions and CASREPS
- Assist in CAV/CMPRO data reconciliations when inventory verifications are required.
- Perform Quality Control (QC) auditing for the new NAVSUP Warehousing and Inventory "Q-CARD" processes and procedures
- Ensure Tagging and Labeling methods are standardized and meet all "Q-CARD" requirements
- Perform routine audits / Spot checks of government receiving and shipping documents (DD1149 and DD1348)
- Conduct daily Perpetual Inventories
- Package PBLO material to the P-700 Standard -Assist in receiving ATAC to include researching and resolving material receipt discrepancies against DD1348's that would otherwise result in SIT issues.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support of electronic systems, to include: logistics principles, practices, and processes.
- One (1) year of experience in support of C4ISR systems.
- Active Secret Clearance
