Responsibilities
- Interfaces with executive leadership to plan and execute strategic change initiatives
- Understands and documents the impact of technology changes on business process and policy
- Takes projects from original concept through final implementation
- Collaboratively with executive leadership, defines project scope and objectives
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and status reporting
- Research, plan, and develop specialized training for various groups on an as-needed basis
- Maintain ongoing communication with staff to identify ongoing user challenges and incorporate these issues into training initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of industry software trends, new training methods, best practices, and enhancements to improve the training process
- Design training plans and materials, such as training aids and other training-related documents
- Conduct training in technical areas including use of Microsoft tools, as well as soft skills like customer service, communication, team building, and client interaction
- Develop and maintain a library of how-to videos covering commonly used office tools like Microsoft Excel and Word
- Conduct training live and virtually
- Provide train the trainer classes
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years’ experience, or equivalent combination of relevant certifications and experience
- Project management experience from inception to delivery
- Experience with combining communication, outreach, and training to facilitate change acceptance and adoption
- Experience developing change management plans, custom training solutions, and communications plans
- Interpersonal skills - Ability to work collegially with personnel from diverse backgrounds and skills levels, at all organizational levels (staff, supervisors, leadership, executives)
- Experience leading projects, especially change management initiatives and driving adoption of new technologies, processes, policies

Basic Compensation: $109,000.00 - $121,000.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
