Support HR operations at a luxury private club by managing employee records, onboarding and off-boarding, HRIS and payroll input, responding to employee inquiries, assisting with employee relations investigations, recruiting support, housing processes, and various HR projects under the Senior HR Manager.

Manage event setup and teardown per Banquet Event Orders, maintain and repair equipment and décor, assist with prop fabrication, order and track supplies, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, enforce safety, and collaborate with team and management to deliver high-quality member and guest event experiences.

Serve as the developer's MEP representative overseeing design review, coordination, procurement support, construction supervision, testing and commissioning, cost control, and handover. Ensure MEP systems are compliant, constructible, maintainable, and operationally ready while managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholder communications.

Provide hospitality-focused wellness services: lead group fitness classes and personal training, manage front desk and scheduling, support recovery services, maintain facility cleanliness and safety, build member relationships, and assist with events and daily club operations.

The Senior VAT Analyst will manage VAT compliance, advisory, tax strategy, audits, and risk assessments while coordinating with finance and legal teams.

Support daily accounting and tax operations: post journal entries, review invoices for tax/VAT compliance, perform bank and sub-ledger reconciliations, assist month-end/year-end close, prepare schedules and audit support, and maintain organized digital archives under senior accountant guidance.

Lead and manage the enterprise tax function for a multi-jurisdictional real estate and club-operations portfolio. Oversee global and U.S. income tax compliance, consolidated tax accounting, liaison with internal teams and external providers, and support tax planning for acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic projects while driving process improvements.

Manage federal and state tax compliance and reporting for multi-entity real estate operations, oversee K-1s and IRC §263A inventory capitalization, support tax accounting for long-term development, assist transaction structuring and audits, coordinate with external advisors, and develop tax processes and controls.

The Irrigation Technician oversees irrigation system installation and maintenance, supervises repairs, and ensures quality control at the golf course.

Maintain golf course grounds including mowing, trimming, bunker raking, hand watering, fertilizing, spot spraying, debris removal, equipment operation and upkeep, event setup, small construction assistance, and daily course setup to ensure member-ready conditions.

The Director of Agronomy oversees golf course maintenance and operations, develops agronomic programs, manages personnel, and ensures regulatory compliance while enhancing turf quality and sustainability.

The Greenskeeper performs manual labor and maintenance at the golf course, operates equipment, and contributes to landscaping projects as assigned.
