Supervise daily spa and ladies locker room operations in a luxury private club, ensuring exceptional member service, facility presentation, scheduling coordination, inventory control, and health and safety compliance. Lead, coach, and schedule team members; support spa providers and coordinators; oversee treatment room turnover, amenities, linens, juice bar and lounge operations; resolve member concerns; and assist with opening, closing, and operational improvements. This is a full-time seasonal role requiring weekend, evening, and holiday availability.

The role oversees six beta storefronts before scaling to more than 20 global sites, ensuring accurate luxury product content, operational performance, inventory synchronization, and consistent brand presentation.

Provide front-line service for outdoor/beach amenities: set up/breakdown, greet members, ensure safety, lead and instruct activities (hiking, kayaking, surfing), manage inventory and maintenance logs, support AED/First Aid/CPR readiness, and collaborate with other departments to create member experiences.
