Supervises winter snow grooming and surface maintenance operations, coordinating with snowmaking and patrol to maintain safe, high-quality terrain. Oversees summer trail improvements, road maintenance, forest management, and erosion control. Recruits, trains, schedules, and evaluates staff; manages equipment maintenance, safety compliance, operational records, staffing, budgets, and equipment upgrades. Requires flexible availability for weather events, evenings, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding outdoor work.

Supervise the winter Outdoor Pursuits team and oversee daily ski, snowboard, snowshoe, backcountry, cat, UTV, and avalanche education programs. Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, safety standards, risk assessments, incident response, guest service, procurement, payroll input, reporting, and operating costs. Coordinate with department leaders and other resort teams, resolve member concerns, and step in to guide or instruct activities as needed.

Supports mountain, land, and lake outdoor activities by preparing and maintaining equipment, checking in guests, assisting Guides and Coaches, and maintaining safe, organized activity areas. Coaches additionally lead tours, clinics, games, youth programming, and entry-level instruction. The role requires strong guest-service skills, winter mountain experience, safety awareness, First Aid/CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Coordinates winter outdoor pursuits operations, including activity bookings, guide and coach scheduling, team assignments, equipment inventory, procurement, certifications, safety protocols, reporting, and daily administration. Provides member and guest service at trailheads, lift lines, and tour staging areas while coordinating with Member Services, Facilities, and department leadership. The role requires flexible availability, strong organization, communication, and the ability to work outdoors in demanding winter conditions.

Lead skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and cat or UTV excursions for members and guests. Provide instruction, adventure programming, local knowledge, and exceptional service while assessing conditions and managing safety risks. Prepare, inspect, maintain, and inventory equipment; transport guests safely; maintain required certifications; and support department operations. Backcountry-qualified guides may lead off-piste and avalanche-terrain trips.

Oversee daily Snowsports School logistics, facilities, lesson check-in and check-out, learning-area setup, safety protocols, and guest communication. Coordinate with instructors, families, Rental, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to ensure smooth lesson operations. Provide exceptional service, support resort events and training, and maintain welcoming indoor and outdoor environments while working flexible seasonal hours.

Leads daily adult and private snowsports lesson operations, including scheduling, assignments, instructor deployment, and guest service. Mentors and coaches instructors, monitors lesson quality, resolves guest concerns, supports staffing and program improvements, and upholds safety standards. Assists with events and training while working flexibly in demanding mountain conditions.

Provides concierge-level security and protection for members, guests, personnel, facilities, and property. Supervises security staff, manages shift assignments, responds to emergencies, controls access, conducts facility audits, prepares incident reports, identifies hazards, and coordinates contract service personnel. Requires strong communication, judgment, customer service, physical ability, schedule flexibility, and a Hawaii Guard Card.

Processes and audits multi-state payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, reconciliations, and reporting. Maintains Workday Payroll data, supports testing and troubleshooting, and coordinates payroll tax compliance and filings through OneSource Virtual. Manages tax registrations and new company setups, supports audits and year-end activities, resolves employee inquiries, and serves as backup to the Payroll Manager.

Provides overnight security for a private residential club, protecting members, guests, employees, and property. Duties include access control, threat deterrence, incident investigation, emergency and medical response, safety policy enforcement, use-of-force management, and disaster guidance. The role requires professional concierge-style service, strong communication, physical stamina, calm decision-making, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied weather conditions.

Provides luxury spa reception and member service, including greeting guests, explaining services, processing transactions, promoting treatments and retail, managing schedules, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining inventory, cleaning facilities, completing reports, and opening or closing the spa. Requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, discretion, physical stamina, and adherence to safety, sanitation, and service standards.

Supports daily operations of a 10-acre farm, including crop production, greenhouse work, harvesting, animal care, nursery maintenance, equipment upkeep, inventory, and production tracking. Engages members and guests through farm tours, classes, events, and educational activities. Collaborates with culinary, food and beverage, wellness, and member services teams while maintaining high service standards. Requires flexible scheduling, physical labor, outdoor work, equipment operation, and strong communication skills.

Supports resort communications across social media, email, website content, digital signage, snow reporting, event updates, and guest messaging. The role gathers operational information from resort departments, writes and edits accurate brand-aligned content, monitors changing conditions, and coordinates timely updates. It requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoor work.

Captures and edits authentic photo and video content of mountain conditions, skiing, events, guests, community moments, and resort operations. Supports planned shoots, campaigns, events, and real-time social content while following brand standards and file-management processes. Requires strong photography and videography skills, advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, technical camera proficiency, flexibility for outdoor fieldwork, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Provide ski patrol and basic life support emergency medical care in challenging mountain terrain. Respond to injuries, assess and stabilize patients, perform CPR and rescue procedures, evacuate patients, conduct avalanche and lift rescues, identify hazards, maintain equipment and documentation, and coordinate with EMS and other emergency agencies. The role requires expert alpine skiing, physical endurance, teamwork, guest service, and flexible availability in adverse weather.

Supports golf operations by greeting members and guests, preparing and storing golf bags, cleaning golf carts and clubs, maintaining towels, staging carts, and assisting with practice range setup and ball collection. Requires professional communication, golf etiquette knowledge, a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality or service experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.

Provides concierge-style security and customer service for members, guests, and employees at a private Maui resort community. Protects people, facilities, assets, and confidential information; controls property access; responds to emergencies; conducts facility audits; identifies safety hazards; and prepares detailed incident and activity reports. Requires flexible availability for extended shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice coverage, along with the physical ability to remain active throughout the shift.
