Administer employee benefits programs, maintain accurate Workday and HRIS data, manage open enrollment, ensure ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and FMLA compliance, resolve employee and vendor inquiries, analyze utilization trends, and support benefits, wellness, and HR initiatives.

Oversee all on-site HR operations for a private club community in The Bahamas, including recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, workers’ compensation, training, recognition, compliance, mobility, and policy administration. The role partners with property leaders and the CHRO, advises managers, manages employee lifecycle processes, maintains HR data, and ensures compliance with local employment laws.

Manages assigned community associations, serving as liaison to boards, homeowners, vendors, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include board meeting preparation, financial reporting, budgeting, assessment collections, vendor and contract oversight, capital planning, records management, governing-document compliance, architectural review, inspections, and onboarding new communities. The role requires strong financial, communication, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills, along with flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, physical activity, and travel between Maui and Kauai.
