Translate business requirements into technical designs, integrate data sources, enforce SDLC best practices, lead code/design reviews, coach engineers, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure secure, high-performance production systems.

Manage and grow client relationships for print production solutions. Deliver pricing, handle quotes/POs/invoicing, coordinate production changes, run customer reviews, report KPIs, and collaborate across teams to improve customer experience.

Drive sales for DCG ONE's print production channel by prospecting and developing client relationships nationwide, managing accounts from outreach to close, delivering presentations and proposals, participating in forecasting and product development, coordinating implementation of services, and providing ongoing customer service.

Drive new business and manage client accounts for DCG ONE's print and fulfillment services. Develop strategic sales plans, deliver presentations, close deals, oversee program implementation, track projects, resolve client/vendor issues, and maintain professional communications across teams.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact: greet visitors, route calls and emails, manage mail and office supplies, maintain reception area, support scheduling and administrative tasks, and assist cross-departmental projects.

Develop and maintain data-to-print programs and templates, map and analyze client data, generate reports, use Adobe CC/OLConnect/Enfocus Switch, coordinate with production teams, and ensure quality control and accurate job processing.

Support day-to-day operations for government print and mailing programs: job setup, production releases, reporting, invoicing, issue resolution, and coordination between clients, production teams, and stakeholders.
