Writes and structures content for websites, digital experiences, campaigns, brands, scripts, and print. Develops content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, messaging architecture, brand voice, and machine-readable content. Conducts stakeholder interviews, reviews audits and audience data, contributes to creative concepts, leads client-facing sessions, presents strategies and copy, and collaborates with designers, strategists, and project managers.

Lead creative agency projects from setup through delivery, managing scopes, timelines, schedules, budgets, quality control, risks, documentation, and client communications. Partner with account, strategy, creative, and technical teams; oversee asset development and post-production; coordinate vendors; and mentor project managers while ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Manage digital, video, print, and traditional creative projects from setup through delivery. Coordinate scopes, resources, timelines, workflows, quality control, budgets, vendors, and client communication. Identify and resolve project risks, oversee asset development and post-production, document processes, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Serve as the Account Manager’s lead project partner and mentor other Project Managers.
