Manage and grow client relationships, consult on best practices, deliver pricing and project management for print production solutions, handle quotes/POs/invoicing, report on KPIs, coordinate production changes, and improve customer experience across accounts.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact: greet visitors, route calls and emails, manage mail and office supplies, maintain reception area, support scheduling and administrative tasks, and assist cross-departmental projects.

Manage enterprise client accounts as primary liaison, coordinate implementations with IT and operations, monitor orders and inventory, produce reports and business reviews, troubleshoot DCG ONE-hosted systems, and ensure SLAs and client satisfaction.
