Teams at Digible

Manage 4-8 clients across 100-140 accounts as primary contact, providing strategic digital marketing guidance across paid search, paid social, SEO, display, email and more. Produce timely performance reports, monitor KPIs and retention, support adoption and feedback for the Fiona platform, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and departmental processes.

The Principal, Strategic Operations leads the design and execution of Digible's operating systems, driving strategy adoption across the organization through planning and prioritization. They facilitate decision-making among senior leadership and ensure accountability for strategic initiatives, fostering organizational change and aligning operational efforts with business outcomes.

Lead and develop a team of 6-8 account managers to deliver exceptional client service for enterprise accounts. Manage team operations and KPIs, implement scalable workflows and playbooks, drive process innovation, partner cross-functionally, resolve escalations, and build trusted client relationships to maximize retention and portfolio growth.
