Design and develop Plasma-Enhanced CVD reactor systems and components, lead prototyping and manufacturing, produce drawings, collaborate with vendors and teams, troubleshoot and improve reactor performance and yield.

Lead brand marketing strategy to build awareness, cultural relevance, and customer acquisition. Own integrated communications across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer, CRM, and paid media; oversee creative direction and asset production; develop strategic partnerships; drive omni-channel retail and e-commerce programs; use data to optimize campaign performance and meet commercial goals while managing budgets and cross-functional execution.

Take technical ownership of back-end production equipment lifecycle: specify, qualify, sustain, and improve tool availability. Optimize databases, troubleshoot applications, document workflows, automate tasks, improve data visibility, coordinate with R&D and production stakeholders, and follow software engineering and security best practices to support manufacturing productivity.

Design and detail mechanical assemblies, process skids, and pilot-line equipment using SolidWorks. Produce fabrication-ready 2D/3D drawings, select materials for gas systems, ensure compliance with European regulations and HSE, support procurement and commissioning, manage revision control and documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles.

Lead the handoff from Engineering to Production: convert processes and tooling into stable, documented manufacturing operations; supervise engineering technicians; own SOPs and change control; track yield and scrap by tool/lot/shift; drive containment and corrective actions; lead continuous improvement and ensure EHS and ISO-compliant documentation.

Design, develop, and deploy software interfaces and backend logic to manage end-to-end material flows. Diagnose and fix data flow interruptions, collaborate with end users to translate requirements, maintain documentation, and follow security best practices for data storage, transfer, and change control to maximize production line productivity.

Lead high-visibility R&D projects as a Mechanical Design Engineer, overseeing reactor system design, development, and manufacturing processes while troubleshooting existing designs.
