Ensure suppliers meet Diamond Foundry quality, reliability, and engineering standards through audits, production approvals, SCAR management, root-cause analysis, supplier development, and cross-functional communication. Drive continuous improvement using supplier scorecards, KPIs, and preventive actions to reduce defects and enhance supplier performance.

On-site R&D Process Engineer to support customer prototyping and internal development integrating single-crystal diamond with AI devices. Develop and optimize advanced packaging and bonding processes, evaluate bonding technologies, run DOE-based process characterization, perform failure analysis and reliability testing, and manage project execution and customer communications.

Lead night-shift manufacturing operations, direct cross-functional teams, enforce safety and quality (ISO/5S/Lean), perform advanced equipment troubleshooting, oversee training/qualification, audit production data, and coordinate escalations with Maintenance and Engineering to meet throughput and yield targets.
