Lead high-visibility R&D projects as a Mechanical Design Engineer, overseeing reactor system design, development, and manufacturing processes while troubleshooting existing designs.

Design, install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical and control systems for diamond wafer manufacturing. Ensure compliance with Spanish and European safety standards, develop SOPs and training, manage PLCs, instrumentation, power distribution, and coordinate with facilities, utilities, and contractors to optimize equipment performance and uptime.

Lead technical development and integration of diamond-based thermal solutions for semiconductor packaging. Provide subject-matter expertise in thermal management and material characterization, support customers from prototyping to production, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, reliability, and sales for technology transfer and product improvements.
