The Marketing Executive will support integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, assist with investor events, and manage budgets while gaining experience in investment marketing.

Provide property and management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, modelling and reporting for the retail portfolio. Partner with Asset and Portfolio Management to deliver financial insight, support month/quarter/year-end processes, and drive risk, compliance and process improvement. Coach and develop property finance team members and deliver accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making across the retail portfolio.

Support infrastructure investment lifecycle through financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for data centres, energy and transport assets. Present investment recommendations to portfolio managers, engage advisors and market participants for deal origination, and assist senior team with asset divestments. 12-month fixed-term contract.

Support growth of Dexus private capital by building investor relationships, assisting equity raisings, implementing fund marketing plans, analysing competitors, and contributing to investor reports.

Manage funding, liquidity and financial risk activities for the Dexus funds platform. Prepare funding plans, liquidity and hedging analysis, maintain treasury models, support refinances and new funding, and deliver stakeholder reporting and Treasury Policy compliance.
