Collaborates with engineers, prepares calculations, drawings, and specifications, and supervises or inspects mechanical installations and construction work. The role requires strong knowledge of building codes, project coordination, safety protocols, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.

Lead mechanical building-services engineering across commercial, institutional, residential, and high-rise projects. Oversee HVAC, plumbing, controls, calculations, drawings, specifications, quality control, code compliance, and contractor submissions. Mentor engineers and designers, coordinate with project teams, clients, authorities, suppliers, and contractors, and support proposals and business development. Conduct site visits, resolve field issues, and provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
