Design and specify mechanical building services (heating, cooling, ventilation, controls); prepare drawings and reports; review shop drawings and client specs; perform heat load calculations using HAP; obtain supplier proposals; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; perform site visits and ensure code compliance, scope, schedule, and budget.
