Develop and support scalable Java full-stack applications using Spring, Angular, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud-native technologies. Translate business requirements into software designs, write unit tests, conduct code reviews, tune performance, support production environments, and contribute to CI/CD, Agile ceremonies, documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with analysts, infrastructure teams, architects, subject matter experts, and clients while applying risk and control processes.

Develop and maintain automated software tests across the delivery lifecycle. Manages the portfolio team, establishes intake and planning processes, oversees portfolio health and outcomes, drives trade-off analysis, and prepares executive recommendations. Partners across Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and delivery teams in a complex regulated environment while coaching employees and improving execution discipline.

Provides application and production support for mission-critical financial market services in 24x7 environments. Responsibilities include incident investigation, root cause analysis, deployments, disaster recovery, monitoring, automation, release and change management, documentation, audit support, and vendor upgrades. The role partners with development and infrastructure teams, leads major incident response, supports cloud and data platforms, and participates in on-call, weekend, maintenance, and resiliency activities.

Manage new client onboarding and account lifecycle activities, including risk and legal documentation, contract reviews, AML/KYC validations, account updates, reporting, and client communications. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, maintain system data, support product initiatives, identify operational risks, and ensure compliance with established procedures and controls.

Leads a distributed database engineering team and oversees production operations, incidents, escalations, releases, and engineering initiatives. Designs, migrates, secures, and optimizes Oracle databases across on-premises and AWS environments. Supports RAC, Exadata, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RDS, disaster recovery, performance monitoring, PL/SQL development, automation, and enterprise SLAs while coordinating complex technical resolutions.

Support clients throughout the connectivity lifecycle by establishing, configuring, validating, and troubleshooting secure data connections. Coordinate network, authentication, and data delivery configurations with internal teams, manage client cases in Salesforce, resolve connectivity issues, maintain operational controls, and meet service timelines. The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, client service, and knowledge of file transfer, messaging, Linux/Unix, mainframe, and networking technologies.

Provides bilingual Japanese-English client support for DTCC products and services. Analyzes and resolves inquiries, manages escalations, communicates service disruptions, coordinates with cross-functional teams, supports major incident management, and maintains case and knowledge documentation.
