Validate non-functional resiliency requirements by designing, executing, and automating performance, scalability, and stress tests. Build and maintain JMeter scripts, BlazeMeter test runs, and Jenkins/Groovy CI/CD pipelines. Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, recommend fixes, and integrate testing into delivery pipelines while collaborating with development teams and following performance engineering standards.

Supports the design and development of client and internal learning solutions. Creates storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments, and other training materials using instructional design standards. Collaborates with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to validate content, tracks project deliverables, reviews learning data, and supports risk and control processes. The role develops instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technology expertise.

Lead enterprise technology analysis, integration, implementation, and support for business-critical systems. Translate business and technical requirements into system specifications, evaluate platforms, coordinate API, database, IAM, and third-party integrations, and support solution design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and modernization. Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, development, business, and support teams while managing risks, dependencies, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational performance.
