Leads cybersecurity strategy, operating plans, portfolio governance, executive and regulatory reporting, financial management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Serves as a strategic advisor to the CISO, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and dependencies, overseeing investments, and strengthening accountability across the cybersecurity organization.

Supports the Enterprise Data & Corporate Technology business management office by coordinating governance routines, tracking metrics, actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones, maintaining reporting and decision records, and following up with stakeholders. The role also supports workforce, financial, portfolio, and resource-planning activities, operational communications, issue resolution, and process improvements. Success requires strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.

Provides enterprise application support for business-critical systems, resolving production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, monitoring application health, supporting deployments and upgrades, and maintaining operational documentation. The role collaborates with development, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business teams; performs disaster recovery testing, supports audits and compliance activities, develops automation, and participates in on-call incident response.
