Leads enterprise risk prevention and management activities across two human-services organizations. Coordinates risk committees, conducts risk assessments and significant-event reviews, analyzes incident and compliance trends, develops dashboards and reports, and partners with departments on corrective and preventive actions. Supports policy development, accreditation and regulatory readiness, training, and documentation. Supervises risk management staff and promotes integration of risk management with quality improvement.

Supervises Contracts Monitoring Specialists, coordinates monitoring workflows and provider applications, reviews documentation for quality and compliance, supports quality assurance, trains staff, maintains tracking tools and records, and escalates operational or provider concerns. The role assists management with performance coaching, process improvement, regulatory documentation, and onboarding new providers while ensuring timely completion of monitoring activities and adherence to departmental procedures.

Monitors contracted child welfare providers for compliance with SSCC agreements, regulations, licensing, training, performance, and documentation requirements. Conducts site visits, interviews, file reviews, audits, risk assessments, and data analysis; prepares reports and recommendations; tracks corrective actions; provides technical assistance; and communicates compliance findings to providers and leadership. Maintains confidential records and supports contract readiness and issue-resolution activities.

Processes bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, audits timesheets and payroll records, resolves discrepancies, prepares payroll journal entries and reports, maintains alignment between HR and payroll data, supports month-end close, and assists with year-end, audit, single-audit, and fund-audit activities.

Leads strategic projects from planning through evaluation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and developing recommendations for leadership. Translates organizational priorities into actionable plans, facilitates collaboration, drives accountability, and supports continuous improvement. Provides day-to-day direction, coaching, delegation, and feedback to a Special Projects Coordinator. The role also conducts research and analysis to address operational challenges and represents the organization in collaborative initiatives.

Manages child welfare cases after removal from home, assessing children’s needs, coordinating services, conducting kinship home studies, supporting caregivers, and developing permanency plans. The role includes child and family visits, court preparation and testimony, case documentation, reunification support, adoptive placement supervision, and collaboration with legal, medical, law enforcement, and community partners. Frequent travel, irregular hours, rotating on-call coverage, and home visits are required.

Manages the full lifecycle of Purchased Client Services contractors, including procurement, onboarding, credentialing, contracting, monitoring, renewals, corrective action, and closeout. Oversees provider documentation, compliance reviews, invoices, dashboards, reports, audit readiness, administrative workflows, and quality controls. Maintains contractor records and network capacity data, coordinates with Finance and internal teams, improves processes, and supervises procurement administration staff.
