Supports IT project planning, implementation, change management, and service management activities. Maintains project plans, tracks tasks and risks, coordinates change advisory meetings, administers FreshService workflows, monitors service desk tickets, provides first- and second-level technical support, documents processes, coordinates training, and prepares IT performance reports.

Leads program and network evaluation activities for a child-services provider network. Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify service gaps, capacity issues, performance trends, and risks. Develops evaluation plans, dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and actionable recommendations. Supports procurement processes, subcontractor performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Presents findings to stakeholders and manages evaluation, forecasting, and procurement projects independently.

Supports quality improvement and risk management through data collection, incident monitoring, reporting, compliance reviews, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, provider coordination, audit readiness, and policy maintenance. The role collaborates with internal teams and network providers to improve service quality, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, identify risks, and follow up on improvement initiatives.
