Manages the full lifecycle of Purchased Client Services contractors, including procurement, onboarding, credentialing, contracting, monitoring, renewals, corrective action, and closeout. Oversees provider documentation, compliance reviews, invoices, dashboards, reports, audit readiness, administrative workflows, and quality controls. Maintains contractor records and network capacity data, coordinates with Finance and internal teams, improves processes, and supervises procurement administration staff.

Leads program and network evaluation activities for a child-services provider network. Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to identify service gaps, capacity issues, performance trends, and risks. Develops evaluation plans, dashboards, reports, forecasting tools, and actionable recommendations. Supports procurement processes, subcontractor performance monitoring, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Presents findings to stakeholders and manages evaluation, forecasting, and procurement projects independently.
