Provides administrative and customer service support for Enrollment Services. Enters and researches client data in state and organizational systems, scans and routes documents, verifies client information, maintains case files, prepares reports, and answers questions about medical assistance programs and enrollment requirements. Requires accurate data entry, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while following policies and collaborating with clients and staff.

Determine patient eligibility for Medicaid and other medical assistance programs through interviews in clinical and call-center settings. Assist clients with applications, collect documentation and payments, perform CBMS/Epic/Salesforce/Five9 data entry, maintain and redetermine cases, resolve complex eligibility problems, and track performance metrics.

Supervises nursing and support staff during assigned shifts in correctional care settings. Charge Nurse supervises daily ambulatory clinic operations and staff, mentors and evaluates personnel, manages patient flow, assesses and plans patient care, administers medications, documents in the EHR, and provides patient education to pediatric and teen populations.

Provides full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care as a hospitalist across Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Obstetrical Emergency, and Gynecology services. Manages labor, deliveries, emergencies, consultations, and urgent procedures; supervises residents, fellows, students, CNMs, and other learners. Participates in multidisciplinary collaboration, academic education, quality improvement, research, leadership, and patient safety initiatives, with primarily day and night clinical shifts.

The RN Educator in Clinical Documentation Integrity educates staff on documentation accuracy, performs clinical record audits, and develops training programs for the Clinical Documentation Integrity team.

Reviews inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory records for documentation accuracy, specificity, and compliance. Audits documentation, tracks results, educates providers, provides feedback, and collaborates with Coding, HIM, Patient Safety, Quality, and Compliance teams. Maintains knowledge of ICD-10, clinical medicine, DRG assignments, CMS regulations, reimbursement models, and coding guidelines.

Provides advanced patient care for infants in the NICU and Well Baby Nursery, including neonatal resuscitation, follow-up planning, procedures, intubation, line and chest tube placement, and ventilator management. Participates in night call, assists residents, teaches healthcare students and residents, completes clinical documentation, and supports NICU and nursery initiatives.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations under radiologist direction, selecting equipment settings, positioning patients, producing high-quality images, and managing studies in PACS and RIS. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and dignity; verifies orders and protocols; documents clinical information; maintains equipment, supplies, and cleanliness; and participates in departmental activities. Must obtain ARRT(S) or ARDMS registry certification within six months of hire.
