Designs and maintains enterprise reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL. Translates business requirements into scalable data products, performs complex analysis, and communicates insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Supports data governance, quality, metadata, automation, testing, deployment, and production support. Promotes data literacy, mentors peers, evaluates emerging technologies, and contributes as an analytics subject matter expert on enterprise projects.

Prepares and analyzes GAAP financial statements, reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and regulatory reports. Oversees accounting for payroll, employee benefits, and retirement programs, including compliance, audits, funding, and reporting. Supports subsidiary management fee reporting, incentive compensation, commissions, cost allocations, and PAC account records. Improves accounting processes, strengthens controls, and implements automation while collaborating with HR and other departments.

Serve as a senior HR business partner delivering employee relations support, performance management, learning and development, engagement and culture initiatives, talent development, HR reporting, compliance guidance, and organizational design consultation. Lead programs like internships, leader development, engagement surveys, training delivery, investigations, documentation, and change efforts to strengthen leader capability, employee experience, and retention.
