Supports government-program care coordination, member outreach, case management, oral health education, quality improvement, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The intern uses data and research to inform outreach, assists with policy and contract compliance, develops member and provider communications, participates in networking and professional events, and presents project findings to leadership. The role is hybrid in Johnston, Iowa, with possible evening, weekend, and in-state travel requirements.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable, secure, performant, and HIPAA-compliant web applications supporting healthcare insurance operations. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical solutions, contributing to architecture, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, supporting DevOps and CI/CD practices, participating in cloud modernization, monitoring application performance and security, documenting systems, and providing on-call support.

Designs and maintains enterprise reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL. Translates business requirements into scalable data products, performs complex analysis, and communicates insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Supports data governance, quality, metadata, automation, testing, deployment, and production support. Promotes data literacy, mentors peers, evaluates emerging technologies, and contributes as an analytics subject matter expert on enterprise projects.
