Provide administrative, data-entry, records management, mailbox and meeting-technology support across Operations. Maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance, support continuous improvement, special projects, mailroom backup, and stakeholder communications.

Serve as a senior HR business partner delivering employee relations support, performance management, learning and development, engagement and culture initiatives, talent development, HR reporting, compliance guidance, and organizational design consultation. Lead programs like internships, leader development, engagement surveys, training delivery, investigations, documentation, and change efforts to strengthen leader capability, employee experience, and retention.
