The role requires strong software development, test automation, networking, systems integration, CI/CD, and technical leadership experience.

Supports broad People and Culture programs, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, engagement, compliance, HR reporting, and policy improvements. Provides guidance to employees and managers, maintains confidential records, coordinates training, supports career development and succession planning, and delivers professional presentations. The role works closely with organizational leaders to strengthen culture and employee experience.

Develop, deploy, and improve internal AI tools and agents across business functions. Integrate AI with enterprise systems, implement security and responsible-use guardrails, evaluate emerging technologies, monitor performance and costs, and support scalable adoption. Identify AI opportunities, document solutions, train users, and collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, practical, cost-effective implementations.

Support IT team with system and network administration tasks including phishing analysis, firewall and web-filter investigations, email and endpoint security, patching and MDT updates, basic VMware and Cisco UCM administration, routing/switching/wireless troubleshooting, hardware/software support, incident response, and process documentation.

Senior help desk team member providing Tier 1/2 support for endpoints, applications, and meeting room tech; administers Jira Service Management, Active Directory, M365 licensing, endpoint imaging/patching, and IT asset lifecycle. Coaches junior staff, monitors SLAs/metrics, maintains documentation and knowledge base, applies ISO 27001 controls, and assists with incident response and automation recommendations.

Own and standardize DevOps practice, enterprise tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release management across product teams. Lead functional DevOps direction and mentorship, operate shared platforms (GitLab, SonarQube, Jenkins), and run the enterprise on-call/incident response program including runbooks, tooling, escalation, and post-incident reviews.

Develop and maintain AI-powered frontend features for the Canvas platform using React and TypeScript. Build conversational interfaces, integrate with backend APIs and AI services, implement real-time streaming (SSE/WebSockets), ensure performance, testing, CI/CD, and collaborate with AI, UX, and backend teams to deliver scalable, production-ready experiences.

Develop and deliver AI/ML features (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration) including backend services in Python, integrate cloud services (AWS Bedrock), design knowledge bases and retrieval, improve prompts and agent reliability, review code, write tests and docs, mentor juniors, and participate in architecture and risk management.

Build and maintain Python services and containerized firmware emulation environments on Amazon EKS. Implement and manage Terraform infrastructure, develop orchestration APIs and tools, debug across containers, clusters, and networks, contribute to CI/CD, and collaborate with firmware, cloud, and QA teams to support large-scale simulation and testing.

Perform manual and automated testing of web-based applications across UI, API, integration and database layers. Develop and maintain Canvas frontend applications using React and TypeScript. Build reusable components, integrate with REST APIs, improve performance and UI consistency, write unit tests, participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and support production. Collaborate with designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible web experiences.

Build and maintain automation-first test frameworks and CI/CD-integrated validation for APIs, UI, services, data workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted features. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testable requirements, improve testability and observability, investigate failures, and scale reliable automated testing for a cloud-native SaaS platform.
