Teams at Delta Controls

Leads global sales strategy and commercial transformation for smart building solutions. Oversees sales teams, channels, key accounts, revenue and margin growth, CRM optimization, organizational integration, market expansion, and cross-business-unit collaboration. Develops unified sales offerings, transformation roadmaps, and scalable commercial frameworks while partnering with product, marketing, operations, customer support, and systems integration teams.

Designs and programs building automation control solutions for customers, including BAS architectures, network layouts, control drawings, and BACnet controller databases. Evaluates project feasibility, develops scopes and quotes, advises on product selection, supports system integration and troubleshooting, and collaborates with sales, project managers, partners, and OEMs. The role may include customer training, documentation, process development, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Leads system integration validation across Delta Controls products, services, and technology domains. Develops automated tests, frameworks, tools, and representative integration environments; identifies compatibility risks; troubleshoots complex cross-product issues; coordinates integration activities; supports release readiness; converts field issues into regression scenarios; and mentors team members. The role requires strong software development, test automation, networking, systems integration, CI/CD, and technical leadership experience.
