- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for new iGaming initiatives.
- Lead discovery: market research, competitive analysis, and hypothesis validation.
- Build and manage the product roadmap; prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
- Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Product.
- Drive incremental delivery using Scrum and lean product methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs, funnels, and product health; iterate based on real-world performance.
- Prepare products for handover to main teams with complete documentation and tracking.
- Proven iGaming experience (Sportsbook, Casino, or Platform).
- Strong product discovery and strategy skills.
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.
- Experience working with data, funnels, KPIs, and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Lean, fast-execution mindset, outcome-driven.
- Experience launching 0→1 products.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools.
- Understanding of player behavior.
