Responsibilities include mapping radiology workflows to HL7 and DICOM, configuring and validating interfaces, leading technical discovery, coaching implementation teams, supporting go-lives and escalations, analyzing defects, managing customizations, and partnering with Product and Engineering. The role also supports AI-enabled clinical workflows, HL7 reliability, incident response, and conversion of recurring integration needs into standard product capabilities. Travel up to 25% is required.

Leads end-to-end technical design and deployment of DeepHealth’s Diagnostic Suite across PACS, viewers, reporting, integrations, and AI. Owns customer discovery, configuration plans, go-live support, escalations, clinical workflow integration, and reliability improvements. Coaches implementation teams, coordinates product-area engineers, translates recurring customer needs into standardized workflows, and drives AI adoption. Requires deep radiology informatics expertise, DICOM and HL7 knowledge, PACS configuration experience, cloud familiarity, and strong customer-facing communication.

Designs and configures DeepHealth Reporting Pro for customer radiology workflows. Leads technical discovery, report template and structured content development, legacy migrations, implementation coaching, go-lives, escalations, and reliability support. Serves as an L3 technical lead for reporting issues, coordinates engineering resolutions, validates releases, and converts recurring customer needs into standardized workflows and product requirements. Owns adoption of AI-assisted reporting capabilities, partnering with radiologists, clinical stakeholders, IT teams, Product, Engineering, and delivery organizations.

Designs and configures enterprise diagnostic Viewer solutions for healthcare customers. Leads technical discovery, clinical workflow mapping, integrations, go-lives, escalations, troubleshooting, release validation, and customer training. Converts recurring field needs into product requirements and standardized workflows, including AI-enabled imaging applications. Supports site reliability, incident response, and service improvements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Service, and implementation teams. Requires extensive healthcare IT or enterprise imaging experience, deep DICOM and HL7 knowledge, cloud and networking expertise, and up to 25% travel.

Builds and operates security controls, tooling, detection content, and automation across cloud and corporate environments. Responsibilities include SIEM/SOAR administration, log onboarding, endpoint security, cloud configuration and hardening, identity and access controls, Kubernetes security, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, incident investigation, audit support, and technical documentation. The role provides remediation guidance, improves detection quality, supports resilience exercises, and maintains auditable, version-controlled security configurations in a regulated healthcare environment.

Own the reliability, availability, security, and performance of cloud software deployed at client sites.
