Support and manage IPsec VPN lifecycle between private cloud and customer networks, assist with firewall and WiFi deployments at remote offices, monitor and troubleshoot network performance, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and support senior engineers on network projects and data center tasks.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support, maintain enterprise applications (Slack, Jira), manage user accounts and access, configure and deploy hardware, monitor system availability, oversee backups and audits, assist disaster recovery, maintain inventory and documentation, and create internal IT knowledge-base articles.

Lead FP&A for the R&D function: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, KPI development, and business partnering to inform headcount, procurement, and investment decisions. Drive process improvement, automation, and financial controls.
