Owns the end-to-end scaling and optimization of a high-volume customer support operation. Responsibilities include workforce planning, staffing, SLAs, quality frameworks, KPI reporting, coaching, complaint handling, automation, and cross-functional improvements with Product, Engineering, Risk, and FinCrime. The role leads managers and agents, builds scalable processes, supports extended-hours coverage, and translates customer issues into product and control improvements.

Field-based commercial representative responsible for visiting cafes across Rome, pitching Deblock, placing branded stands, capturing promotional content, planning independent routes, and reporting feedback. The role is highly social, mobile, performance-driven, and focused on acquiring local hospitality partners for Deblock’s Italian launch.

Conduct field outreach to cafes across Milan, pitch Deblock to owners and managers, place branded stands, capture promotional content on camera, and report feedback to the growth team. Representatives plan their own routes and schedules, work independently, and are compensated based on performance, earning up to €5,000 per month.

Reviews and investigates fraud cases, makes decisions on case outcomes, escalates unusual activity, follows financial crime policies and guidelines, and collaborates with internal teams to support customers and maintain compliance. The role is part of the first line of defence and requires working rotational eight-hour shifts across a 24/7/365 schedule.

Provide friendly and accurate customer support through chat and email, troubleshoot product, account, and payment issues, follow compliance and customer-protection procedures, escalate cases to specialized teams, work rotating shifts, document solutions, improve the knowledge base, and represent customer feedback internally.

Own growth and trust for Deblock in Milan: analyze product-market fit, build local testing panels and community, provide ground intelligence to inform product and brand, and develop commercial partnerships and pipelines to drive adoption.

Own Deblock's growth in La Reunion: localize the global playbook, set and track KPIs, manage on-the-ground operations (card logistics, partner onboarding), build and close strategic retail partnerships, acquire local trust signals, and represent the company at events and in press.
