Manage end-to-end accounts payable and supplier ledger for multiple entities: invoice processing, PO matching, aged balances, supplier master data, bank reconciliations, multi-currency payment runs, Soldo wallet maintenance, monthly AP close and analytics, vendor inquiries, audit support, AP automation, SOP maintenance, and cross-department liaison while ensuring UK aviation regulatory compliance.

Lead adoption of Model-Based Systems Engineering, manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee hardware/software systems lifecycle, and provide technical guidance.

The apprentice will manage stock control, assist in inventory management, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations while learning logistics operations.

Provide regulatory and technical administrative support for CAMO: maintain airworthiness records in tracking systems, audit tech logs and work packs to Part‑CAMO/Part‑145 standards, create maintenance work packs, manage technical library updates, clean and structure maintenance data using spreadsheets and off‑the‑shelf AI, and coordinate records between CAMO, flight ops and maintenance teams.

Perform Task Specialist duties as an Airborne Sensor Operator on fixed wing aircraft, supporting ISR operations through equipment management and team collaboration.
