Source, attract, screen, and engage candidates for current and future vacancies. Build talent pipelines, manage job advertisements, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support pre-employment checks and onboarding administration, and assist with employer branding, recruitment events, and general Talent Acquisition tasks. The role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to meet technical and specialist hiring needs accurately, confidentially, and professionally.

Provides on-site operational and technical liaison support between the customer command centre, mission crews, and support teams. Advises on platform availability, sensor outputs, tasking, and operational limitations; verifies live feeds and resolves first-line interface or display issues. The role escalates technical faults, maintains operational logs and shift handovers, confirms service restoration, and handles customer and operational data according to security procedures. It is a customer-facing, shift-based position in Dover requiring technical confidence and calm decision-making.

Design, develop and deliver embedded, mission‑critical software and hardware security solutions. Implement Secure Boot and TrustZone, manage connectivity between Intel hosts and ARM/NVIDIA GPGPUs, develop drivers on Ubuntu/Linux, build applications with Python/React, author technical documentation, mentor engineers, and support CI/CD, containerization, AWS and observability in a regulated environment.

Provide regulatory and technical administrative support for CAMO: maintain airworthiness records in tracking systems, audit tech logs and work packs to Part‑CAMO/Part‑145 standards, create maintenance work packs, manage technical library updates, clean and structure maintenance data using spreadsheets and off‑the‑shelf AI, and coordinate records between CAMO, flight ops and maintenance teams.

Perform Task Specialist duties as an Airborne Sensor Operator on fixed wing aircraft, supporting ISR operations through equipment management and team collaboration.

Lead strategic growth of airworthiness capability, expand Part 21 Extended Workbench, and remove capacity bottlenecks. Provide line management to CAMO and Fleet Managers, ensure compliance with UKCAA/EASA/Bailiwick frameworks, integrate modification pipelines with capability delivery, and drive data-driven fleet optimisation using reliability tools to enable predictive maintenance and reduce downtime.
