Source, attract, screen, and engage candidates for current and future vacancies. Build talent pipelines, manage job advertisements, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support pre-employment checks and onboarding administration, and assist with employer branding, recruitment events, and general Talent Acquisition tasks. Provides on-site operational and technical liaison support between the customer command centre, mission crews, and support teams. Advises on platform availability, sensor outputs, tasking, and operational limitations; verifies live feeds and resolves first-line interface or display issues. The role escalates technical faults, maintains operational logs and shift handovers, confirms service restoration, and handles customer and operational data according to security procedures. It is a customer-facing, shift-based position in Dover requiring technical confidence and calm decision-making.

Design, develop and deliver embedded, mission‑critical software and hardware security solutions. Implement Secure Boot and TrustZone, manage connectivity between Intel hosts and ARM/NVIDIA GPGPUs, develop drivers on Ubuntu/Linux, build applications with Python/React, author technical documentation, mentor engineers, and support CI/CD, containerization, AWS and observability in a regulated environment.
