Source, attract, screen, and engage candidates for current and future vacancies. Due to continued growth and expansion DEA are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract and engage high quality candidates for our current and future hiring needs.
The successful candidate will play an important role in building strong talent pipelines, developing innovative sourcing strategies, partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, post and manage job advertisements across relevant job boards, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms
  • Ensure job advertisements are accurate, engaging and aligned with the companies employer brand
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and other channels
  • Conduct targeted searches to identify both passive and active candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future and current vacancies
  • Review cv’s and candidate profiles against role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach/screening calls and effectively communicate career opportunities
  • Maintain regular engagement with prospective candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage recruitment inboxes and respond to routine candidate and internal enquiries
  • Assist with interview scheduling, pre-employment checks and onboarding administration
  • Create and monitor job advertisements to ensure vacancies remain visible and attract suitable applicants
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Attend recruitment events as and when required
  • Assist with general Talent Acquisition and People Team administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are completed accurately, confidentially and in line with company policies

Technical Experience & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration
  • Experience sourcing candidates for technical, professional, specialist and hard to fill roles
  • Demonstrable experience identifying candidates with specific technical skills, qualifications, certifications, licenses and industry experience
  • Experience reviewing cv’s and applications to assess suitability
  • Experience creating, posting and managing job advertisements across LinkedIn, job boards,recruitment websites and social media platforms
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation
  • Experience supporting recruitment administration, interview coordination and pre-employment checks
  • Experience working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Leads and Hiring Managers to understand and deliver against technical recruitment requirements
