Manage end-to-end pension transfer-in and transfer-out processes, coordinating with advisers, clients, operations teams, and external providers. Support the development and enhancement of Davy’s digital advice platform by applying financial planning expertise, interpreting cash flow modelling outputs, validating assumptions and client outcomes, and contributing to testing and quality assurance. The role collaborates with advisers, project teams, product owners and technology teams, creates planning methodologies and guidance, improves adviser and client experiences, supports digital transformation initiatives, and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.

Supports senior wealth-management leaders with client relationship plans, investment recommendations, portfolio reviews, relationship categorization, client queries, cross-selling, and management information. Ensures compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal policy requirements while providing proactive service to private clients. The role requires investment knowledge, QFA or related qualifications, strong communication, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and an ability to manage workloads effectively.

Supports investment solution development and oversight across Davy Select’s intermediary and direct channels. Responsibilities include launching investment products, managing investment models, improving fund selection and portfolio construction processes, analyzing funds and strategies, supporting investment strategy initiatives, answering adviser and account manager queries, contributing to client events and seminars, and maintaining investment content. The role requires collaboration with senior management, investment teams, advisers, and business operations while meeting Irish Fitness and Probity requirements.

Produces management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance analysis. Conducts forecasting, trend analysis, scenario modelling, and business planning support. Ensures data quality, integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. The role supports client directors, develops investor and acquisition analyses, applies stock exchange and listed-company regulatory knowledge, and collaborates with internal teams, clients, advisers, and diligence providers.

Support Associate Director/Director in managing and growing high-net-worth client relationships: implement relationship plans, identify cross-sell opportunities, execute engagement plans, review client categorisation and investment strategy alignment, manage MI, handle client queries, ensure regulatory and risk compliance, and represent Davy at industry events.

Supports the day-to-day governance and operation of discretionary investment solutions and UCITS funds. Responsibilities include fund governance, service-provider oversight, fund events, trade lifecycle issue resolution, portfolio and investment data workflows, technology implementation, management information, board reporting, and escalation management. The role also serves as a business lead for investment technology and data platform improvements while coordinating responses to fund boards, ManCos, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Supports the enhancement and implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework across business units. Coordinates workshops, stakeholder engagement, documentation, action tracking, and quality assurance reviews of risk data and control assessments. Maintains auditable records, provides guidance on RCSA methodology and standards, and applies project management practices to risk initiatives. Performs cost analysis, budget variance investigation, forecasting support, month-end activities, and management reporting.
