Lead Davy’s resilience testing, business continuity, and incident-management activities across important business services and DORA critical ICT functions. The Technical Business Analyst will bridge business and technology teams to deliver and operationalize a new financial-services product. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, creating user stories and process maps, managing risks and dependencies, supporting testing and UAT, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, and identifying process-improvement opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Supports the day-to-day governance and operation of discretionary investment solutions and UCITS funds. Responsibilities include fund governance, service-provider oversight, fund events, trade lifecycle issue resolution, portfolio and investment data workflows, technology implementation, management information, board reporting, and escalation management. The role also serves as a business lead for investment technology and data platform improvements while coordinating responses to fund boards, ManCos, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Support implementation and enhancement of risk, control and governance reporting. Document methodologies, assess controls, improve processes and data quality, run stakeholder workshops, produce governance reports, and support programme delivery.

The role also improves finance workflows, supports automation and system enhancements, maintains process documentation, and partners with budget owners, procurement teams, operational stakeholders, and suppliers.

Manage discretionary client portfolios according to mandates and Investment Committee guidance. Analyze asset allocation, performance, risk drift, benchmarks, and performance drivers. Support investment evaluations, portfolio reporting, stakeholder communication, and process-efficiency initiatives. Provide tailored, compliant financial advice and wealth management to private clients. Own the enterprise Snowflake data platform, including strategy, architecture, security, performance, cost, and roadmap. Lead data engineering delivery for Finance, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Wealth Management, including regulatory reporting. Develop AI-ready data products with strong quality, metadata, and lineage standards. Grow the data engineering function, establish engineering practices, manage senior stakeholders and vendors, and ensure privacy, ethical, regulatory, and Responsible AI compliance.

Owns fund governance for Davy’s regulated funds, including board and service-provider engagement, regulatory oversight, performance governance, issue escalation, fund events, board reporting, and operational resilience. Leads governance across ManCos, administrators, custodians, and other providers while coordinating investment data, technology, systems, and workflow improvements. Requires extensive UCITS fund governance or investment oversight experience and strong board-level communication.

Design, develop, configure and maintain Salesforce solutions (FSC/Service Cloud). Build LWC, Apex, Flow automations and integrations, support deployments and production systems, ensure governance/security/compliance, produce documentation, and optimize processes.

The Senior Java Developer will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, mentor junior members, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation within the team.

Provide first-line client servicing for wealth clients: ongoing suitability assessments, portfolio oversight and trade implementation, coordinate with internal investment teams, prepare client reporting, document meeting minutes and follow-ups, and liaise with external advisers (tax, legal, brokers, life offices). Ensure regulatory compliance and support CST project deliverables.
