Support pensions client services by administering occupational schemes, PRSAs, ARFs and retirement products. Process maturities, transfers, death claims, PAOs, policy setups, Revenue submissions, and regulatory disclosures while ensuring compliance and assisting on reporting and ad-hoc projects.

Support delivery by translating business processes into technical requirements, document processes, run stakeholder workshops, embed quality and testing across the SDLC, support regulatory and control-aligned change, and assist the Head of Operations with documentation and reporting on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Lead delivery of a major investment management technology and operating model project. Provide PMO governance, plan and track deliverables, manage risks, vendors, dependencies and benefits realisation, embed quality and testing across the SDLC, drive change adoption, and engage stakeholders to deliver projects on time, budget, scope and quality.
