Partners with business units to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support. Leads reviews of business metrics, supports transformation initiatives, identifies efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, and improves finance processes using Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Snowflake. The role also requires strong stakeholder influence, financial controls knowledge, risk management, and regulatory awareness.

Lead privacy risk and governance for data, digital and AI initiatives. Conduct DPIAs/LIAs, embed Privacy by Design, advise stakeholders, support vendor due diligence, maintain RoPAs, deliver training, and ensure GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.

Conduct ongoing customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, and financial crime investigations. Analyze transactions for fraud, AML, terrorist financing, market abuse, and suspicious activity. Document assessments, escalate high-risk alerts, draft SAR/STR narratives, meet review KPIs, and support second-line teams responding to regulatory queries.
