Buffers and polishes high-end contract furniture components in a growing manufacturing environment. Grinding experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided. The role requires employees to be at least 18 years old and offers overtime, benefits, and an onsite medical clinic.

Cover frame parts with pre-cut and sewn cloth, vinyl, or leather; pull material tight to prevent wrinkles; staple frames with a pneumatic staple gun; read work orders; lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods; follow managers' directions and work collaboratively. Requires at least 5 years contract furniture upholstery experience.

Develop furniture products from concept through prototyping, engineering, testing, and production launch. Create SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and prototypes; collaborate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
