Supports fabric cutting production by unloading cut parts from a Lectra machine, sorting, inspecting, numbering, counting, stacking, and organizing fabric pieces. Reads production tickets, labels, and patterns; identifies defects or missing parts; assists machine operators and lay-up personnel; removes waste; and maintains a clean, safe work area while following production and quality procedures.

Cover frame parts with pre-cut and sewn cloth, vinyl, or leather; pull material tight to prevent wrinkles; staple frames with a pneumatic staple gun; read work orders; lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods; follow managers' directions and work collaboratively. Requires at least 5 years contract furniture upholstery experience.

Develop furniture products from concept through prototyping, engineering, testing, and production launch. Create SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and prototypes; collaborate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
