Manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including SaaS subscriptions, licensing agreements, procurement contracts, and partnerships. Draft, review, redline, and negotiate agreements; assess legal and commercial risk; support privacy and security terms; and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Security, and Revenue Operations. Maintain CLM records, templates, workflows, metrics, renewals, and obligations while supporting process improvement, user training, and contracting compliance.

Monitor infrastructure health and uptime, manage incidents and outages, coordinate technical responders across time zones, and improve NOC processes. Maintain incident records, lead root-cause follow-ups, produce performance reports, and build metrics databases and dashboards. The role collaborates with engineering, product, customer service, executives, and other business teams, participates in on-call rotations, and supports platform reliability improvements.

Lead the Carrier Network Integrity engineering team, shape its roadmap and technical direction, partner cross-functionally, maintain strong architecture and delivery practices, and develop team members. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, sustainable on-call operations, technical debt management, project delivery, and defining processes for a new team focused on fraud prevention, compliance, and carrier verification.
