Lead the architecture and evolution of enterprise-scale data platforms, applying distributed-systems and advanced data-modeling patterns. Establish technical standards across dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, ETL, cloud infrastructure, security, monitoring, CI/CD, testing, and source control. Solve complex data problems, partner with senior leaders, provide technical governance, mentor engineers, and drive platform and process improvements.

Build and operate DAT’s shared AI platform, including model gateways, inference services, feature and vector storage, evaluation systems, observability, and agentic frameworks. Architect secure, scalable AWS infrastructure; optimize model cost and latency; implement governance, monitoring, and quality controls; establish engineering standards; lead incident response; and mentor engineers and data scientists. The role requires technical leadership across teams and production experience with distributed systems, LLMs, machine learning platforms, and cloud infrastructure.

Leads product design direction across multiple teams and product areas, establishing interaction models, design patterns, accessibility standards, and visual consistency. Owns ambiguous problems from discovery through launch, using research, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive outcomes. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research; presents to senior stakeholders; mentors designers; and strengthens design practices. Requires advanced Figma expertise, strong UX/UI craft, design systems experience, AI-enabled workflows, and 8–12+ years of product design experience.
