One-year contract-to-hire internship assisting the Creative team with packaging, retail displays, planograms, mock-ups, and presentation materials. Follow brand guidelines, collaborate with Marketing and Product, track retail trends, and present ideas while learning design processes.

Manage end-to-end inventory flow and DC operations, control costs, negotiate carrier contracts, analyze logistics financials, streamline WMS and dock scheduling, lead distribution staff, resolve carrier/supplier escalations, and drive KPIs for on-time delivery and fulfillment.

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage inventory and documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices), track shipments, resolve carrier billing and OS&D claims, liaise with carriers, customer service and warehouse teams, and report daily KPI metrics to ensure efficient DC operations.

Lead social strategy and day-to-day content across platforms, plan monthly and annual calendars, manage community engagement and influencers, create and shoot trend-driven content, brief creative assets for campaigns, and own analytics reporting to optimize performance and ecommerce outcomes.

Lead brand strategy and messaging for Dashing Diva, owning omni-channel go-to-market plans, campaign development, influencer/PR/event partnerships, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness and growth in the retail/beauty market.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, supervise a small operations team, manage budgets, vendors, supplies, and cafeteria services. Plan and execute corporate events and VIP hospitality, coordinate travel and executive errands, and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence and maintain professional, welcoming work environments.

Design, build, and optimize DashingDiva.com using Shopify (Liquid), HTML/CSS/JavaScript and AI-assisted tools. Create responsive PDPs and landing pages, maintain a visual design system, run A/B tests, analyze GA4/heatmap data, and ensure Core Web Vitals and accessibility compliance. Collaborate with creative, ecom, and offshore production teams.

Develop and produce social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, email, and web. Ideate, shoot, edit short-form video and static assets, execute content calendars and campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to maintain brand voice and visual identity.
