Lead day-to-day media strategy and channel planning across paid and owned channels; run in-house platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat/Reddit); partner with external agency for Meta/Google buying; own measurement, reporting (GA4, Triple Whale), testing roadmaps, and optimizations against efficiency targets for $300K+ monthly spend to drive CAC, ROAS, MER, and growth.

Design and develop nail products from concept to launch: create nail tips, sample boards, nail art and sticker concepts; evaluate samples; coordinate with overseas factories and internal teams; conduct product testing; maintain specifications, BOMs, sample inventory, and project documentation.

Manage end-to-end inventory flow and DC operations, control costs, negotiate carrier contracts, analyze logistics financials, streamline WMS and dock scheduling, lead distribution staff, resolve carrier/supplier escalations, and drive KPIs for on-time delivery and fulfillment.
