Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, cash management, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes; ensure GAAP compliance; coordinate audits and tax filings; maintain internal controls; analyze variances; support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; and supervise, train, and develop accounting staff.

Lead trend research and design story development for beauty nail products. Create and present nail designs and boards, analyze market and sales data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage vendor/factory relationships to drive product development.

Lead day-to-day media strategy and channel planning across paid and owned channels; run in-house platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat/Reddit); partner with external agency for Meta/Google buying; own measurement, reporting (GA4, Triple Whale), testing roadmaps, and optimizations against efficiency targets for $300K+ monthly spend to drive CAC, ROAS, MER, and growth.
