Provide onsite HR support across two Florida aircraft facilities, partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance (FAA/DOT), training, benefits, and HR projects to foster safety-first, high-performance culture.

Lead production quality for the TBM Final Assembly Line ensuring compliance with EASA PART‑21G, QMS, and approved design data.
