The role also supports change management and independently leads improvement projects. Required travel to Europe for up to three months during the transfer phase.

Supports SAP PP and QM design, configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live activities for manufacturing operations. Facilitates workshops, gathers requirements, documents processes, translates business needs into SAP solutions, and trains end users. Supports MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, inspections, quality notifications, integrations, and continuous improvement. Partners with production, planning, engineering, quality, finance, and technical teams, including during SAP implementations at new facilities.

Coordinate and manage technical and commercial projects in the aeronautical sector, supporting tenders, cost/time estimates, KPI monitoring, customer and internal stakeholder communication, team development, resource planning, and ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment standards.

Manage supplier quality for aerospace parts: audit and qualify suppliers, enforce AS9100/ISO9001 and FAA compliance, review FAIs, drive RCA/CAPA and supplier corrective actions, monitor supplier KPIs and scorecards, support new product development and cross‑functional continuous improvement.

Provide technical production support for structural and mechanical aircraft work: prepare and distribute work orders, develop and implement technical solutions, handle repair orders, analyze carryover work, create and execute design query notes, and coordinate meetings to resolve production issues and improve aircraft access and turnaround.

Lead logistics engineering projects from design through deployment to optimize material flow, warehouse layout, kitting, and transportation. Manage timelines, stakeholders, documentation, ROI/cost models, and continuous improvement using operational audits, capacity models, and cross‑functional collaboration across global sites.

Issue production work orders, maintain production records and job travelers, incorporate engineering and MOM changes into WIP, resolve material shortages, expedite materials, process part removal tickets, and support production timelines including overtime.

Design and validate fixtures, jigs, assembly aids, and tooling for aerospace production. Collaborate with mechanics, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to create practical, ergonomic, repeatable tooling, produce detailed drawings, use production data to prioritize work, and improve tooling performance on the shop floor.

Lead manufacturing engineering and industrialization for large metallic and composite airframe structures. Create and maintain process plans, tooling validation, work instructions, MBOMs, and inspection plans. Support first-builds, engineering changes, cost estimates, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles, collaborating with design, quality, procurement, and production teams.

Own and improve manufacturing execution for low-rate, complex aircraft production: work with mechanics to solve build issues, redesign sequences and tooling, perform DFM using CAD/GD&T, author manufacturing prints, align ERP (eBOM/mBOM) and reduce labor, rework, and bottlenecks.

Identify and win new logistics clients in North America (manufacturing, services, defense); develop tailored commercial offers with technical teams; manage new accounts, contracts, tenders, and CRM data; provide market insights for product development; represent the company at industry events; collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and customer retention. Based in Charleston or Fort Lauderdale.

Analyze Airbus requests and prepare/update Standard Operation Instructions (SOIs); participate in technical review meetings with Airbus ME focal points; convert design documents into production documents; create, update, and track drawings and BOMs in IT tools (SAP, Google Suite); maintain and report work progress.

Develop and improve manufacturing methods and documentation for aircraft production. Provide onsite HR support across two Florida aircraft facilities, partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compliance (FAA/DOT), training, benefits, and HR projects to foster safety-first, high-performance culture.

Support Kodiak aircraft structural design, production, and sustainment. Create/release 3D CAD models and drawings, perform structural analysis, investigate field issues, develop repairs and improvements, and collaborate with manufacturing, certification, and engineering teams under 14 CFR Part 23.

Lead production quality for the TBM Final Assembly Line ensuring compliance with EASA PART‑21G, QMS, and approved design data.
