Administers payroll, timecards, PTO, leave statuses, attendance records, employee relations documentation, HRIS updates, onboarding, I-9 verification, employment records, audits, and employee badge requests. Maintains compliance and accurate personnel data across Workday and UKG while supporting workforce reporting and new-hire administration.

Develop, document, and improve aircraft manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, tooling, production sequences, and workstation layouts. Provide hands-on production support, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, coordinate equipment qualification and maintenance, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory standards. The role requires close collaboration with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and Daher’s TBM team in France, including eight weeks of hands-on training in Tarbes.

Designs, configures, implements, and supports SAP SD, MM, and WM solutions across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and warehouse processes. Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend improvements, develop functional specifications, support integrations, lead testing, provide training, and troubleshoot production issues. The role supports SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, including interfaces with external systems and MES platforms, as well as cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
