Daher’s North America Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida serves as the regional hub for Business Support and shared services, supporting operations across the United States while coordinating closely with global teams. The headquarters is home to key functions including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Logistics Business Development, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support to Daher’s Aircraft, Industry, and Logistics divisions. Teams based in Fort Lauderdale collaborate across functions and regions to drive business growth, ensure compliance, and enable workforce strategy, financial governance, systems support, supplier management, and customer and business development initiatives across North America.
Job Description:
We are seeking to add a Regional Application & Data Team Manager to lead teams responsible for data engineering, application support, and software development. This role oversees enterprise data platforms, business applications, integrations, and custom software solutions, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams of data engineers, application support analysts, and software developers.
- Drive data strategy, architecture, governance, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Manage application development, integrations, system enhancements, and modernization efforts.
- Ensure operational excellence for business-critical applications and services.
- Oversee technology projects, priorities, resource planning, and delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and corporate teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory requirements
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, software development, database administration, or related IT disciplines.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing projects, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT, integrations, analytics, governance, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle databases, and Python.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, Azure DevOps, APIs, data lakes, and data warehouses.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments, and familiarity with SAP, MES, PLM, WMS, TMS, UKG, or Workday.

Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $135,000 to $155,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
