Manages and grows U.S. channel partnerships with VARs, MSPs, system integrators, distributors, and other strategic partners. Responsibilities include partner recruitment, joint business planning, sales enablement, co-selling, revenue forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, co-marketing, MDF administration, training, and hardware distribution coordination. The role owns channel sales targets and collaborates across sales, marketing, operations, pre-sales, and customer success.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for a complex, multi-layer counter-drone platform integrating cyber, radar, EO/IR, jammer, hardware, and software technologies. Collaborate with R&D, systems engineering, operations, sales, subcontractors, and technology partners; manage product development and roadmaps; support technical presales, customer presentations, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy; and drive product innovation and market differentiation.

Drive sales growth across international and civil airport sectors by developing customer relationships, building qualified pipelines, closing deals, expanding existing accounts, monitoring market trends, presenting business reviews, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires strong airport force-protection relationships, independent prioritization, excellent communication, and frequent travel of approximately 50%.
