Requires extensive federal procurement expertise, sales leadership, executive communication, and frequent travel.

Lead a team of 3–4 software engineers while remaining the primary hands-on builder. Design and implement complex, high-performance software modules; own architecture through production release; manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, estimation, and delivery; establish engineering standards, testing practices, design patterns, and code reviews; and mentor engineers. The role focuses on TypeScript and Node.js backend systems with full-stack feature ownership across modern databases, networking protocols, containers, observability tools, and React.
