Legal & Compliance Counsel will advise on international commercial contracts, export controls, defense regulations, trade compliance, risk assessments, audits, and third-party due diligence. The role requires managing DECA and Israeli Ministry of Defense engagements, applying ITAR and EAR requirements, and supporting corporate compliance and governance programs. This is an on-site position in Israel reporting to the General Counsel.

Leads mechanical New Product Introduction activities, transitioning multidisciplinary hardware from R&D through prototypes and production. Responsibilities include CAD and drawing reconciliation, DFM/DFA, manufacturing documentation, FAI, ECO/ECR processing, packaging validation, assembly fixture development, vendor and contract manufacturer management, and global technology transfers. The role collaborates with R&D, quality, procurement, supply chain, and production teams to establish repeatable, high-yield manufacturing processes.

Leads global end-to-end supply chain operations for mission-critical defense hardware, including S&OP, EMS manufacturing partners, 3PL hubs, inventory, logistics, warehousing, import/export compliance, component risk mitigation, KPI management, and supply chain team development. Partners cross-functionally on manufacturing, NPI, sourcing, and operational execution while ensuring ITAR, EAR, customs, and military export compliance.
