Leads strategic HR business partnership and organizational development for a rapidly scaling global technology company. Responsibilities include coaching managers and senior leaders, designing performance and leadership processes, managing organizational leveling and compensation structures, administering HiBob HRIS, applying AI tools, and analyzing HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.

Manages and grows U.S. channel partnerships with VARs, MSPs, system integrators, distributors, and other strategic partners. Responsibilities include partner recruitment, joint business planning, sales enablement, co-selling, revenue forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, co-marketing, MDF administration, training, and hardware distribution coordination. The role owns channel sales targets and collaborates across sales, marketing, operations, pre-sales, and customer success.

Leads business development strategy and strategic opportunity development across U.S. defense organizations, including the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, and SOCOM. Builds senior customer and industry relationships, supports sales teams through complex capture cycles, develops partnerships, monitors defense budgets and acquisition activities, and provides pipeline intelligence to leadership. Frequent participation in customer meetings, demonstrations, conferences, and defense events is required.
