The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by qualifying and setting appointments for Account Executives. They will conduct strategic research, prospect into organizations, meet activity goals, and articulate the value proposition of Cymulate's technology to decision-makers.
Serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborate with various teams, assist in customer success planning, secure contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and lead POCs for upsells.
The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving new business opportunities into a defined target market by qualifying, nurturing and setting appointments for the Account Executives to support top of funnel pipeline by outbound prospecting.
