What Does The Team Do?
The Cymulate R&D team are the crucial behind-the-scenes wonders who bring our powerful products to life before releasing them into the world. They are constantly asking how things can be improved, solved, or made easier for our customers. There’s no challenge they’ll back down from, and we’d never want them to!
What You Will Do?
- Design and implement our products and infrastructure stack, including internal systems, user experience, and advanced security features.
- Research new technologies, products, solutions for programmatic challenges.
- Work in rapid development and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and developers to refine software designs and improve our development process.
- Lead by example in adopting advanced technologies and techniques in software development.
What Will You Have?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years experience in HO SW development of medium to large system
- Professional software development experience, with proven expertise in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redis, MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, NX, and React.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in a microservice environment
- Strong experience in software architecture and design, capable of leading development efforts on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- A track record of significant contributions to the development and success of robust software applications.
