Own organization-wide technical program planning, execution, release predictability, engineering metrics, operating cadences, and executive business reviews. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, establish reporting and governance standards, surface risks, and drive accountability without formal authority. Design AI-enabled dashboards and automations integrating Jira, Notion, GitHub, and Slack to improve reporting, workflow execution, and leadership visibility across distributed engineering teams.
