Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research on battery manufacturing, critical minerals, energy storage technologies, electric mobility, and related value chains.
Prepare market intelligence reports and consulting deliverables, including presentations, dashboards, and Excel-based analyses, ensuring high-quality, deadline-driven outputs.
Build market forecast models covering market sizing, supply–demand outlooks, and technology adoption to support consulting insights and recommendations.
Engage in client interviews, expert discussions, and industry webinars to gather relevant market and technical insights.
Work collaboratively with senior consultants, technical specialists, and business development teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields. A Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or Energy Management is preferred.
- 4–7 years in battery manufacturing, critical minerals, energy storage, or energy-sector consulting/market research.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to prepare client-ready deliverables.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources.
- Experience in primary research, including industry interviews and stakeholder engagement.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for energy, batteries, critical minerals, and emerging technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
