Designs, implements, secures, and supports CES’s global enterprise network infrastructure. Owns routing, switching, firewalls, network access control, load balancers, WAN connectivity, VPNs, and hybrid AWS/Azure networking. Leads network projects, manages incidents and root-cause analysis, maintains documentation and standards, supports 24x7 operations, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, and mentors junior engineers. The role is based onsite in Philadelphia with potential future hybrid flexibility.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and web technologies. Responsibilities include developing multi-tier systems, database artifacts, business logic, user interfaces, APIs, and integrations; collaborating with architects, analysts, QA, product owners, and project managers; supporting production issue resolution; and mentoring junior developers. The role also contributes to architectural improvements, delivery estimation, technology adoption, and reliable software practices for energy-market services.

Attend ERCOT stakeholder meetings and produce timely market intelligence reports and analysis for internal and external clients. Evaluate emerging market design proposals, tailor insights to client commercial interests, identify issues, recommend actions, provide real-time reporting, and support client relationships through calls and consulting projects. The role requires strong energy market knowledge, quantitative and writing skills, independent work, and periodic travel to industry meetings and conferences.
