Generate new business and pipeline through outbound prospecting, qualify Tier 1-2 accounts and set meetings, own full sales cycle for Tier 3 accounts through close and renewals, sell upsell/cross-sell, collaborate with sales and customer success, maintain CRM and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and scale sales operations: own Salesforce administration and sales tech stack, enforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting, build playbooks and onboarding, run sales cadence and analytics, and operationalize cross-functional commercial programs to support a 30+ rep sales organization.

Own program health, adoption, and ROI across enterprise veterinary accounts. Coordinate regional CSMs, lead Executive Business Reviews, quantify customer value, surface expansion opportunities, maintain Salesforce records, and ensure renewal readiness while partnering with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support.

Generates pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, networking, and industry events. Develops relationships with veterinary practice decision-makers, schedules qualified meetings, and maintains CRM records. Owns the full sales cycle for Tier 3 accounts, including new business, expansions, renewals, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Partners with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams while supporting territory performance and providing market feedback.
