Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Copywriter to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling content across a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media. This individual will be responsible for developing brand messaging, crafting corporate communications, and contributing to Mashura’s overall content strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand messaging and positioning that differentiates Mashura's brands (CUBEX and ZIMBIS) in the market.
  • Craft and optimize website content, digital marketing campaigns, and long-form content, including white papers, case studies, and ebooks.
  • Write SEO-optimized content to improve search engine rankings and script video content for promotional materials, product demos, and customer testimonials.
  • Collaborate with leadership to articulate the company's mission, vision, and values in all communications.
  • Develop press releases, media statements, and thought leadership articles for industry publications.
  • Create and maintain user manuals, help guides, and UX/UI copy for software interfaces.
  • Support the sales team with persuasive sales collateral, proposals, RFP responses, and customer-facing materials such as case studies and testimonials.
  • Assist HR with creating job descriptions, recruitment materials, and internal communications that reflect the company’s culture and values.
  • Produce internal communications such as company newsletters, memos, and training materials.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics and feedback to refine and optimize content.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure materials are up to date and aligned with the company’s evolving goals.
  • Handle ad hoc writing tasks while ensuring consistency across all communications and brand touch points.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience in content creation across digital, print, and social media platforms with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Demonstrated ability to write press releases, media statements, corporate communications, and persuasive marketing content.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, content strategy, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and idea presentation.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to error-free content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Experience monitoring content performance and making data-driven improvements.
  • Creative and strategic mindset for generating innovative ideas to enhance customer experience.
