Position Title: Product Manager

Job Description
The ZIMBIS Product Management department is looking for an individual who loves collaborating closely with customers, software developers, designers, and vendors to create outstanding, revenue-generating SaaS products, focusing on the supply chain in the dentistry market. You will have the full encouragement of the company, but you are a one-person product juggernaut! Your business analyst toolkit and product management skills should be well-worn. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on multiple projects, and relish getting into the nitty-gritty details. Your peers work across various departments, so excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills are necessary! If you enjoy tactical execution, strategic thinking, creating products that move the revenue needle, and enjoy having conversations about "why" your product is essential to your customers, we would be interested in hearing how you can contribute to ZIMBIS!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create and manage product roadmaps that balance revenue-generating features against customer delights
  • Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market plans while working with all departments to execute
  • Work alongside executive leadership to influence product strategy
  • Gather customer and market feedback to quantify product opportunities for stakeholders
  • Provide evidence-based decision-making to the product roadmap to illustrate ‘why’ the value proposition is sound
  • Work closely with customers and subject matter experts to solidify business requirements with user experience
  • Extrapolate the business requirements into development collateral, such as user stories, workflow diagrams, and basic wireframes
  • Create and maintain Product Backlog along with Release schedules
  • Coordinate and be responsible for customer Alpha, Betas, and Pilots
  • Create and maintain documentation for Support, Sales, and Customer for product release and maintenance

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in Agile software development processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience creating wireframes, workflow diagrams, and general ability to illustrate concepts
  • Experience with Jira, TFS, or similar development systems
  • Ability to work independently and within teams, proactively with general direction
  • Strong ability to create development requirements from product feature requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

Hours of Operation/Travel:

  • Regular working hours for Full-Time employment
  • Location: ZIMBIS Headquarters-Phoenix, AZ

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Position Requirement:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management
  • Strong experience in product lifecycle stages
  • A combination of Hardware and Software development experience preferred
  • Certified in Pragmatic Marketing, a plus
  • Experience in supply chain management or medical pharmaceuticals a plus
  • Less than 25% Travel
  • Not a remote position

  • $95k - $110k DOE
